About Pregnancy Tools

A lightweight toolbox for trying-to-conceive, pregnancy, and birth-date planning.

What we provide

This site offers due date calculation, pregnancy week guidance, ovulation estimation, period prediction, cycle risk reminders, kick counting, maternity leave planning, and baby zodiac tools. Each page focuses on one clear task.

Content principles

Who it is for

It is for people who want to organize dates, plan prenatal visits, track fetal movement, or understand cycle windows. It is not a medical service.

Data sources and how we calculate

Our tools follow standard obstetric methods: due dates use Naegele's rule (LMP + 280 days) with options to adjust by cycle length, conception date or IVF transfer date; gestational age is counted from the LMP; ovulation and the fertile window are based on the "five days before ovulation plus ovulation day" pattern. Health explanations are compiled from public, authoritative sources including the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), the UK National Health Service (NHS) and the Mayo Clinic.

Editorial and review process

Content is written and cross-checked by the Pregnancy Tools editorial team, and calculation formulas are verified by hand. We review articles periodically and show a "Last reviewed" date at the foot of each guide and article. Spotted an error? Please tell us via Contact and we will correct it promptly.

Advertising and independence

This site shows ads through Google AdSense to fund its operation. Advertising and editorial content are kept independent; ads do not influence how we describe calculation methods or health information. See our Privacy Policy for details on cookies and third-party advertising.

Important notice

This site provides educational and date-planning tools and does not provide medical services or replace diagnosis and advice from your doctor or midwife. For any decision about pregnancy, medication or health, consult a qualified professional.
